The Yasai Bus model
One shared cold-chain on fixed routes — the Yasai Bus network that reconnects farmers and buyers across Japan, now rolling in India.
Born from やさいバス Yasai Bus
In Shizuoka, Japan, M2Labo built the Yasai Bus — a refrigerated “vegetable bus” that runs fixed routes with bus stops where local farmers drop off their harvest and local buyers pick it up. One shared cold-chain, instead of dozens of half-empty trucks.
It was never just logistics. It is a way to cut food loss, give small farmers fair access to market, and reconnect the people who grow food with the people who eat it — at lower cost and lower CO₂.
Vegibus India carries that mission to India — beginning with ICHIGO strawberries, delivered on the same 2-hour cold-chain, with the same respect for the hands that grow them.

The original やさいバス — Shizuoka, Japan. Vegibus India is its Indian edition, born from the same idea.
