Fresh strawberries of Japanese varieties grown in India, and a small number of processed products made from them. Fresh produce is a perishable good; the shelf life shown on each product page assumes the storage conditions stated there.

Product photographs are indicative. Fruit is a natural product, so size, shade and shape vary between punnets within the grade we sell.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Fresh strawberries fall under HSN 0810 and are exempt from GST, so no tax is added to them. Processed products carry the GST rate shown against the item.
• Delivery charges depend on the destination PIN code and are shown before you pay.
• The amount you are charged is recalculated on our server from the current catalogue at the moment of checkout. If a price on your screen is out of date, the server price applies and you will see it before payment.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and payment is confirmed. We may decline an order — for example if the delivery PIN is outside our cold-chain map, if the item is unavailable, or if we cannot verify the order. Where an order is declined after payment, the full amount is refunded.

Business (B2B) orders are subject to the minimum order quantity shown against each product in the Business view.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We do not currently offer cash on delivery. We do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials; those are handled by Razorpay under its own terms.

Business customers may instead request a GST invoice at checkout. We then raise a proforma invoice and confirm payment terms for that order before dispatch.

Because the goods are perishable, cancellation and refund rights are limited and are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Give a complete, correct delivery address, PIN code and a phone number that is reachable on the delivery day.
• Be available to receive the delivery, or arrange for someone to receive it. Cold-chain goods cannot be left unattended.
• Refrigerate the product on receipt as described on the product page.

We are responsible for delivering goods of the quality described, in the condition described, within the delivery window quoted for your area. We are not responsible for deterioration caused after a successful delivery by storage outside the stated conditions, nor for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, civil disruption and restrictions imposed by authorities. Where such an event prevents delivery, we will refund the order in full.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

The Vegibus and ICHIGO names, logos, photographs and site content belong to M2LABO BHARAT PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
