Complaints and grievance redressal
If something has gone wrong with an order, the fastest route is the process in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, a complaint that is not resolved there can be escalated to our grievance officer, reachable at contact-bharat@m2-labo.jp or by post at the registered office above. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
