Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to the PIN codes listed below. The table is generated from the same data the checkout uses, so it is always current. If your PIN is not on it, enter it at checkout anyway — we record it and add you to the waiting list for your area.

The hours shown above are counted from the time we confirm your order, not from dispatch. They are the window we commit to for that area. Orders confirmed after the day's pick has been packed go on the next run.

We deliver during daytime hours. Our team calls the number on the order before arriving, so please give a number that is reachable on the delivery day.

The charge depends on the destination PIN code and is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. It is charged once per order, not per item.

• Cold-chain goods cannot be left unattended, with a neighbour or with a security desk. Someone has to receive them.
• Please check the punnets on arrival. Anything wrong should reach us within 24 hours — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Refrigerate at 2–4 °C as soon as you receive the fruit. Shelf life on each product page assumes this.

Weather, transport disruption and restrictions imposed by authorities can interrupt a cold chain. If we cannot deliver within the quoted window we will contact you and you may take a later run or a full refund, including the delivery charge.
